The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you or a third party (not the carrier) received the goods.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

• In unused and original condition
• In the original packaging
• Not cut or altered in any way

Custom-cut or made-to-order items are excluded from return unless they are defective or incorrect.

3. Return Shipping

• You are responsible for the cost and safe return shipping of the item.
• We recommend using a tracked shipping method.
• We will not be liable for returns lost in transit.

4. Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours with clear photos.
We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
